Olabanji Ogundero LLB(Hons), PG Dip, Principal Solicitor
Olabanji Ogundero is the Principal Solicitor of Chris Alexander Solicitors.
He studied law at the University of East London and worked as a Legal Practitioner in reputable law firms in London before completing his Legal Practice Course at London Metropolitan University in 2010. He qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and went to set up his own practice in 2016.
He is an experienced and dedicated Solicitor who specialises in family, immigration and employment law.
He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in immigration law spanning more than 10 years and has a reputation for providing exceptional immigration advice and services. He undertakes the majority of his own advocacy ensuring continuity of representation. He is regularly representing clients at First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal Immigration Appeal Cases.
Olabanji is a Family Law Specialist and practices in all aspects of family law, including divorce and dissolution, separation agreements, domestic abuse, children private and public law matters, financial provision for children, child abduction and enforcement of consent orders.
Olabanji provides advice and representation on all aspects of employment law matters, including liaising with the employer and their representatives. He has the expertise to prepare and represent clients at Employment Tribunal Hearings. He provides advice on issues such as
Discrimination, Unfair Dismissal, Bullying and Harassment, Constructive Dismissal, Grievance and Disciplinary Hearings and Settlement Agreements.
Olabanji is a member of the Law Society Family Law Accreditation Panel. He is a member of a number of professional organisations including the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA) and Resolution.
Since establishing his firm, he has expanded his practice into Legal Aid areas including family law and housing law.
