Our Family Law Team
Olabanji Ogundero is the Principal Solicitor of Chris Alexander Solicitors and a Family Law Specialist. He studied law at the University of East London and worked as a Legal Practitioner in reputable law firms in London before completing his Legal Practice Course at London Metropolitan University in 2010. He qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and went to set up Chris Alexander Solicitors in 2016. He has over 10 years of experience of working as a Family Law Practitioner.
Olabanji is a member of the Law Society Family Law Accreditation Scheme and practises in all aspects of family law, including divorce and dissolution, separation agreements, domestic abuse, children private and public law matters, financial provision for children, child abduction and enforcement of consent orders.
Violetta Niklas completed her LLB law degree at Bangor University in 2016 and was awarded a Master of Laws (LLM) in Professional Legal Practice at Chester University of Law in 2018. She joined Chris Alexander Solicitors in 2020 and qualified as a Solicitor in May 2021. Violetta specialises in all areas of Family Law including divorce, separation, financial remedy, child arrangement issues, injunctions and care proceedings.
Yetunde Akinfenwa has over 10 years’ experience within the legal sector. She was called to Bar of England and Wales in 2007 [non-registered], and she is also a graduate Legal Executive regulated by CILEX. She has extensive litigation experience in housing, civil, employment and family matters. She is client focused, hardworking and aims to deliver the best possible service for her clients. Yetunde specialises in all areas of Family Law including divorce, separation, financial remedy, child arrangement issues and injunctions.
Some of our team are also members of Resolution, a group of family law professionals. As such, we are committed to working with families and individuals to resolve issues in a constructive way in order to achieve better outcomes for families and their children. We have experience of resolving issues following family breakdown both through negotiation and, where necessary, court proceedings.
